ROOM SERVICE

At any time of day, from 8am to 11pm, take advantage of our room service menu to enjoy a sweet or savory break in your room.

A selection of dishes is also available 24 hours a day from 11pm to 8am in room service.

ARRIVAL &AMP; DEPARTURE TIMES

Rooms are available from 4:00 pm and must be vacated by 11:00 am. If the room is not ready before 4:00 pm, a luggage room is available. To tide you over, the pool and bar are of course accessible during their opening hours.

On the day of your departure, you can also take advantage of our luggage storage and facilities.

Reception open 7/7.

Concierge service open from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

CHAMBER

Your room is cleaned between 08:30 and 16:30. Please let us know if you would like us to clean your room at a more specific time. The hotel is entirely non-smoking (public areas, rooms). Smoking is subject to a €150 fine.

Cot: on request and subject to availability, we can provide a crib.

Connecting rooms available on request and subject to availability.

Tourist tax at €3.85

Pets: Your pet is welcome for €35 per night. Your pet remains your responsibility and is not allowed in the restaurant or swimming pool.

Cover service between 6pm and 8pm.

We also have rooms to PMR standards (please contact us for reservations).

BREAKFAST (07:30-10:30 a.m.)

Served from 07:30 to 10:30 in our restaurant or on our terrace in fine weather, we offer quality products: Viennoiseries, breads, yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals, hot dishes, boiled or scrambled eggs, cold meats, regional cheeses... We've got it all, so you can choose between a balanced breakfast or a more indulgent one.

RESTAURANT

Discover our bistronomic cuisine that celebrates produce, seasonality and sharing, in an intimate and exclusive setting.

Every evening, Tuesday to Saturday, 7.30pm sharp. Reservations recommended.

LA TAVERNE DU MONT D'ARBOIS

Located 200m from the hotel, the Taverne welcomes you in two atmospheres: Savoyard and Italian!

Choose from wood-fired pizzas and a selection of fresh pastas, or Savoy specialities and brasserie dishes.

Tavern open every evening from 7pm to 10pm from 20/12 to 30/03. Pizzeria open every evening from 7pm to 10pm all year round.

BAR

Bar with majestic fireplace (which cannot be lit) or terrace overlooking the valley open from 11am to 11pm, offering sweet and savoury snacks.

KIDS CLUB

All winter long, enjoy free access to the Kids Club for your children from 8am to 5pm. An activity leader is available during the school vacations, indoor activities in the Kids Club only.

In summer, we provide a games room, accessible under parental supervision, as well as a program of activities and entertainment.

SNOW ACTIVITY

For ski lessons, mountain biking or dog sledding, contact us and we'll organize a tailor-made activity with our local partners.

SPA SUSANNE KAUFMANN &AMP; ESPACE BIEN-ÊTRE

SPA DAY OFFER

Treat yourself to a wellness break with our Day Spa package at €210. It includes a 50-minute treatment, lunch (starter + main course or main course + dessert) and access to the pool and sauna between 10am and 4pm. Available every day, by reservation only.

SOUND BATHS AND YOGA CLASSES

In addition, let yourself be tempted by our sound baths under the yurt, offered on fixed dates during the summer (paying sessions, maximum 5 people), or enjoy a moment of reconnection with our yoga sessions, for all our resident guests. These classes are available on request at any time of day, and cost €80 per hour for 1 to 6 people, upon registration at reception.

SKI RENTAL

To rent your equipment, we'll shuttle you to our partner store. You can leave your equipment in the warmth of our ski room at the entrance to Chalet Eve.

The ski room at the foot of the slopes is open during ski store opening hours from 8:30am to 5:45pm.

Chalets du Mont d'Arbois is located high above Megeve, just a five-minute drive from the center of the town. Our free shuttle bus will drop you off at the foot of the slopes and in the center of Megeve at any time, and you can reach Megeve by car or chauffeur in 70 minutes from Geneva airport.

Lausanne, Lyon, Milan and Turin are just a few hours away by car. Contact us to book your private transfer service.
