The culinary soul of Chalets du Mont d'Arbois

Trained by such iconic figures as Marc Veyrat and Anne-Sophie Pic, Marc-Henri Mazure worked in some of France's finest establishments before finding his true inspiration in the mountains. Awarded by the Michelin Guide and Gault & Millau, he has developed an audacious and generous terroir cuisine, deeply rooted in respect for produce and the seasons.

At Héritage, he creates a menu in which Alpine flavors interact with his culinary heritage. Attentive to detail, he considers sauces to be the soul of a dish, and sublimates both revisited traditional recipes and original creations. True to his vision - "Classic or modern, there is only one cuisine... the good one" (Paul Bocuse) - Marc-Henri Mazure makes Héritage a place where authenticity, creativity and conviviality meet to offer an unforgettable experience.
